We booked an overseas trip through Travellers Place recently and were very appreciative of the service we received from Tina. She was very knowledgeable and provided us with the information we needed, if not immediately available she would get back to us within an agreed timeframe. Unfortunately we had to cancel our much anticipated trip very recently due to medical reasons. Again Tina was very helpful and understanding. We are in the process of making a claim on our insurance and have had to call on Tina for some information to assist with this process, which meant additional work for her, which she did without hesitation.
We strongly recommend Tina and Travellers Place in Maryborough as a very professional place to assist in travel.

I was so impressed by how Travellers Place went out of their way to accommodate and find solutions to my situation and I know they spent quite a bit of time on this. Your services I found to be honest, it’s the first time I've experienced such amazing service at a travel agent in the area! We live down the road in UFTG and I don't know why, up until now we've booked our travels through another agent in the area and were never impressed by them...so thank you again!
